A little bit about me..

Hello and welcome to Itsmesanta.com

For as long as I can remember, I have always had a special place in my heart for the holidays. My mother and sister loved Christmas, and I can remember sitting on Santa’s knee when I was little. I was always struck by the kindness and the warmth I felt from this bigger than life character. Santa was a stranger, yet I felt love and generosity from him.

It all started for me over 25 years ago when I was asked to put on the red suit for a holiday event for a company I worked for. (I had the build and I was tall.) I walked into a very large room, and one "Ho Ho Ho" later I was surrounded by a huge number of children who wanted to hold my hand. They all walked me over to a chair so they could each sit on my knee, tell me their wonderful Christmas lists, and offer me some of the delicious treats they had received at the party. Each child would scan my face, and while stopping on my eyes would get the biggest smile and yell with glee “It's REALLY you!” I would happily say “of course it's me!”

Since then I've been delighting children and adults as the jolliest Santa of them all. I live my life and embrace making people smile everyday.

A lot of people ask me "What's it like to do what you do?" I can only say that I have the best job in the world. I truly love that I can bring joy, make someone smile, and maybe for a minute or two forget their struggles and believe.
